I have used electricity and gas for cooking and then I switched to induction, I have found this very efficient, safe and clean, I used a two-plate unit and was more than sufficient for me to cook some nice dinners, yes, I also used a rice cooker which was handy for the cooking of rice would not interfere with the dishes I would make. An excellent application for cooking, I did use a microwave and a small oven to broil or roast meat/steaks/ribs. low-cost use of electricity, Oh, I should mention I am a bachelor, but love cooking!
